Our Love Story
We met in college and quickly bonded over mischief making and living life to the full. Yearning for a taste of the real world, we moved to Vancouver in 2014 with two fresh degrees and big ideas. What started as an adventure quickly turned into our first business.
Plot twist: it wasn't drinks.
It was carpentry and landscaping.
THE ALL ABOUT EVOLUTION
First Venture (An Chéad Ghnó)
We set up Emerald Services BC - long days, sore backs, knocking on doors and learning on the fly. Emmett was the handy one. Keith was the guy happily selling the dream. Total yin and yang. Total cowboys. But we made it work.
One scorching afternoon, a client named Doug handed us a cold bottle of Kombucha. Cold, fizzy, and unexpectedly brilliant, it stuck with us long after the shovels were put away.
RETURNING HOME (Ag teacht abhaile)
We moved home to Galway in 2016 but our new favourite drink was nowhere to be found.
So we brewed our own.
In Emmett’s garden shed.
In Canada, kombucha wasn’t just a drink...It was part of a lifestyle. Nature. Yoga. Breathwork. Mindfulness. Feeling good on purpose. We wanted to bring that home.
We started trading at the Galway farmers’ market under the name Avo Nice Day, selling avocado sandwiches to fund the dream, and pouring our home-brewed kombucha on the side.
That’s how All About Kombucha began.
2017
The Shed Brewery:
Our first real ‘brewery’ - Emmett’s garden shed.
2021
From 20ft Shed to 6500 ft Brewery:
We built Ireland’s only carbon neutral Kombucha brewery in the heart of the Gaeltacht in Claregalway.
2025
Live Soda joins the All About family.
We’d always believed that fizzy drinks deserved a shake up. People want something that tastes unreal yet wasn't packed full of sugar and artificials.
Live Soda is refreshing, flavourful and genuinely better with a billion live cultures in every can.
2026
We rebranded to All About. Same obsession with quality. Bigger mission. More exciting beverages to come.

We love to party
We have our very own Booch Bar, which we take on the road all across Ireland to festivals and company events, where we help them create more exciting, lively and delicious experiences for their teams.
